Lavender, lemon, lemon balm, ginger

Directions

Bring water and botanical blend to a boil

Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes (herbs should appear soft and enlarged)

Strain and allow to cool to room temperature. (Use remains as compost or garnish)

Serve in glass with ice. Sip, heal, and enjoy
